Frank Ehrhorn, Associate Pastor

Born in San Francisco, CA, Frank moved to Texas as a teenager. In 1973, he married his wife, Veta, and six years later as young worldly adults, they both became transformed, born again believers in Jesus Christ. From the very beginning, Frank & Veta have felt the call to serve the Kingdom of God and the need to be giving their lives to ministry. While seeking deeper things of the Spirit, Frank found that he was gifted in music- a talent that had been dormant his entire life to that point. For more than twenty years, Frank & Veta have served the body of Christ in Youth Ministry and worship. Frank joined the staff at First Rock in 2002 as Youth Minister and Minister of Worship. Continuing as Minister of Worship, he resigned his position as Youth Minister in 2005 to go to school, and in January 2007 became full-time Associate Pastor and Minister of Worship. In 2018 Frank stepped back from Music Ministry to devote his time as our Associate Pastor. Veta continues to be a wonderful mentor to ladies of all ages. Frank enjoys writing and playing music, kayaking and spending time travelling with Veta. Frank and Veta have two grown daughters, Krisi and Courtney and 10 grandchildren. Contact Frank Ehrhorn

Kim Brinkley, Worship Minister

God called Kim to serve as our worship minister in May of 2018.  Born in Fairfax, Virginia, it was there at age five she gave her life to Jesus.  She moved with her family to Texas in 1976.  She met J.W. Brinkley and they were married in 1987.  Together they have two beautiful children, Jessica (24) and Jeremy (22). Kim and J.W. joined Rockhill Baptist in 2009. Soon after, Kim joined the worship team, then led by our Associate Pastor, Frank Ehrhorn.  She played keyboard and sang and, after some time, led worship as a fill-in when Frank was out of town. Kim and J.W. made the move when Rockhill Baptist and First Baptist merged and became First Rock Fellowship (FRF).  Over the years, Kim has served at FRF in worship, women’s ministry, co-leading marriage classes, and Bible studies. J.W. and Kim have ministered together for the last 32 years as Sunday School teachers, youth communicators – hosting a nationwide radio program, Youth Talk USA (1989-1998), organizing and leading trips for youth to Israel.  J.W. pastored a church in Carrollton, Texas (1995-2008) and Kim assisted in administrative tasks, ministry and leading worship.  They have been active in Tres Dias, a ministry that hosts Christian renewal weekends which encourage believers to be servant leaders in their church and community, since 1992.   Today, Kim and J.W. enjoy leading a Life Group, teaching marriage classes, raising English Springer Spaniels, trips to the Hill Country and being available to share Christ’s love whenever and wherever they are able.  Kim loves to worship and loves being a part of seeing God glorified and people transformed through worship.
